2026-2027 AGM Nomination Form

Would you like to support the Garden by serving on the Committee? Use the form at the download button to nominate yourself. *You must be a current financial member to be eligible for nomination. You can print out and submit the form located on the Download button, or click on the link in the form and submit it electronically. Please submit by midnight Tuesday, 7 July 2026.

2026-2027 Proxy Form

If you would like to cast your vote at the AGM but are unable to attend, you can vote by proxy by using the form provided at the download button, or just use the link provided on the form. Please complete and return electronically by 10 am Saturday 11 July 2026 or deliver to the Secretary before the meeting on 12 Jul 2026 at 10 am.

SGM Proxy Form

For any Special General Meeting (SGM) called, members who cannot attend the meeting have the right to nominate a proxy to vote on their behalf if voting is required. Directions for completion and submission are included in this form.
